18 January 2005Virsa Systems, Inc., and Precision Consulting, Inc. announce that they have settled their pending lawsuit. Both Parties are satisfied with the outcome and will continue to sell their individual products. Precision Consulting Inc. withdraws any claim that Virsa's products are copies of, or derived from, Precision Consulting's copyrighted products.
