UnumProvident Insurance Opens the Door to Reassess over 200,000 Previously Denied Disability Claims

California consumers who were denied benefits from the UnumProvident entities between January 1, 1997 and September 30, 2005 will now be eligible for claim reassessment; these claimants only have 60 days to submit their reassessment information.
