Thoits, Love, Hershberger & McLean, a
prominent member of the Palo Alto legal community for over 55 years,
announces the opening of a branch office in Santa Cruz, California. Thoits
acquired the practice of attorney Richard G. Polse, one of the premier
estate planning attorneys in Santa Cruz County. Mr. Polse will serve as Of
Counsel to the firm to ensure a successful transition for his clients and
to introduce the firm to the Santa Cruz community.

Michael Curtis and Richard Ehrman, senior members of the firm's Trusts &
