Second Circuit Court of Appeals Sets Date for Oral Argument in IRI Antitrust Action Against ACNielsen

Litigation Contingent Payment Rights Trust (OTCBB:IRICR.OB) announced today that the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has set October 18, 2005 as the date for oral argument in the appeal taken by IRI in its antitrust action against The Dun & Bradstreet Corp., IMS International, Inc. and ACNielsen (now owned by VNU, N.V.). The Second Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on October 18, 2005 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1705 of the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007.
