Rubicor Announces Dismissal of Lawsuit

Rubicor Medical Corporation, maker of the EnCapsule minimally invasive breast biopsy devices announces that the lawsuit filed against it by Neothermia for breach of contract and patent
infringement has been dismissed.

James Vetter, M.D., CEO of Rubicor Medical Inc., stated: "...Rubicor has
