MDS Consulting & Finance, a division of Ridgecrest Healthcare Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RGHG), announced today that it has entered into a contract to provide a study for the Office of the California Attorney General describing the possible effects that the proposed sale of Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, California, may have on the delivery, accessibility and availability of healthcare services in the region.
