21 May 2005RAE Systems Inc. (AMEX: RAE), a leading provider of hazardous environment detection solutions, today issued a statement regarding the complaint filed on May 9, 2005 in U.S. District Court by Polimaster, Ltd.
"We will vigorously defend ourselves against all claims made by Polimaster," said Robert I. Chen, president and chief executive officer of RAE Systems. "However, the appropriate forum to address this complaint is in the U.S. District Court and not through the press."
