Practising Law Institute Elects Chair of the Executive Committee and New Trustee
30 October 2006 At its Board of Trustess meeting today, Practising Law Institute announced the election of Dr. William F. Kuntz II as chair of the Executive Committee. Kuntz, who holds four degrees from Harvard, is a partner at Baker & Hostetler and is the longest standing member of the Civilian Complaint Review Board of New York City. He joined the PLI Board in 1996. In another action taken at the meeting, the Honorable Sidney H. Stein of United States District Court in the Southern District was elected to replace John W. White who resigned after taking a position with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Judge Stein is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School.
