Patent Infringement Lawsuit Resolved
20 January 2005The patent infringement lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia between Tyco Healthcare Group, LP and Sherwood Services AG and Daniels Sharpsmart Pty., Ltd. and Sharpsmart AWI has been resolved. The terms of the settlement are confidential. Daniels' Sharpsmart products will remain on the market in the United States, and the products will not be accused of infringement by Tyco.
