Omniture Appoints Former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Attorney as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Shawn will report directly to Josh James, CEO and co-founder ofOmniture, and will be responsible for all legal aspects of the company'soperations worldwide.

Formerly a corporate and securities attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich &Rosati, one of the premier providers of legal services to technology andgrowth enterprises worldwide, Lindquist has worked closely with technologyand other emerging growth companies for over a decade. His principalexperience has been in public and private offerings of securities, mergersand acquisitions, corporate governance and intellectual property.Lindquist has been involved in M&A transactions and public offeringsinvolving billions of dollars.

Lindquist began his career in Wilson Sonsini's Palo Alto, Californiaoffices and later helped establish the firm's offices in Seattle,Washington and Salt Lake City, Utah. He has previously served as vicepresident and general counsel of a venture-backed company and as in-housecounsel at Novell, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor of law at the J.Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and co-author of "TheInitial Public Offering: A Guidebook for Executives and Boards ofDirectors" (2nd Edition, Bowne & Co., June 2004).
