Thomas W. Marshall; RCMP Assistant Commissioner Walter G. Lynch and St. John's Police Chief Joseph Browne for their tireless efforts in promoting multi-cultural understanding...and to release and describe Digital Terrorism and Hate 2006, the latest CD-ROM report on Internet terrorism and hate related sites.
