New Jersey Attorney Elected to Top National Post

Ronald L. Perl, Esq., a leader in the community association industry in New Jersey and nationally for more than 25 years, has been elected 2007 president of Community Associations Institute (CAI), a 28,500-member national membership organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations


A partner with the Princeton law firm of Hill Wallack LLP, Perl is nationally recognized for his work in the field of community association law. He is a member of the CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers, a past president of the Foundation for Community Association Research and previous member of the group's national faculty.


Perl is also a past president of CAI's New Jersey chapter, the second largest of the organization's 55-plus state and regional chapters with more than 2,000 members.


A graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers Law School, Perl is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the bars of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association, where he is a charter member of the Common Interest Ownership Committee.


In addition to his law practice, Perl is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School.
