Microsoft Lawsuit Against C I Host Dismissed By Federal Judge

C I Host, global leader in Web hosting and data center operation, today said that a federal judge dismissed a long-running suit filed by software giant Microsoft Corporation against the Texas-based hosting company.

"Even though we were the underdog, we expected a positive outcome all
along, so at C I Host we are ecstatic that the court dismissed the case," said
Christopher Faulkner, CEO of C I Host. "This is great news, and it is a
fantastic way to build momentum for 2005. We look forward to proceeding with
our hosting plans as a Microsoft Gold Certified Business Partner under the
agreement."

Faulkner said terms of the agreement with Microsoft are confidential, and
that he is not at liberty to discuss the matter further.
