McCarthy Tétrault Elects Three New Board Directors
22 February 2006 McCarthy Tétrault, Canada's leading full-service law firm, announced today the election of three new members to its Board of Partners. Blair Cowper-Smith, Philip Moore and Rosemarie Wertschek join the firm's 11-member Board. Since 2002, partners have delegated authority to an elected board which in turn place managing authority in a Chief Executive Officer.
