Ms. Seigel has practiced law for over 24 years. She joins Lang Michener from another Canadian national law firm where she was the past national chair of the firm's Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Ms. Seigel's practice is focused on formal and informal domestic and cross-border business restructurings and insolvencies, representing debtors, secured creditors, ad hoc and formal creditors committees, purchasers, court-appointed officers, directors and others.
