Lawsuit Against TASER(TM) International Dismissed
21 October 2005TASER International, Inc. (Nasdaq: TASR - News), a market leader in advanced electronic control devices, announced today that the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa ordered the dismissal of the lawsuit entitled Wilma Collins v. TASER International, Inc. The complaint, which was filed by Attorney John Dillingham, alleged liability for a training injury and the Superior Court dismissed the lawsuit on the grounds that it was not timely filed within the requisite statute of limitations.
