Piven, P.A. todayannounced that a securities class action was commenced on behalf ofshareholders who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired thecommon stock of ProQuest Company (NYSE: PQE) between January 9, 2003 andFebruary 8, 2006, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The case is pending in the United States District Court for the EasternDistrict of Michigan against defendant ProQuest Company and one or more ofits officers and/or directors. The action charges that defendants violatedfederal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false andmisleading statements to the market throughout the Class Period, whichstatements had the effect of artificially inflating the market price of theCompany's securities. No class has yet been certified in the above action. Until a class iscertified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one.
