25 December 2005Law offices of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock and other securities of Northwest Airlines Corporation (OTC: NWACQ) ("Northwest" or the "Company") between April 21, 2005 and September 14, 2005, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit is against certain officers and directors of Northwest and was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market during the Class Period, thereby artificially inflating the price of Northwest securities.
