24 May 2005Law Offices of Brian M. Felgoise, P.C. announces that a securities class action has been commenced on behalf of shareholders who acquired Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO) securities between January 25, 2005 and April 4, 2005, inclusive (the Class Period).
The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, against the company and certain key officers and directors.
