3 March 2005Innovative Properties Inc. (TSX Venture INR) has been named, with other defendants, in a legal action involving the Banook Shores Condominium development located in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Based on professional legal advice, Innovative Properties Inc. believes it should not be a party in this litigation and it has no liability in this action.
