FRAUD SUIT FILED AGAINST KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT, INC., (KREN.PK) IN EMPLOYMENT CASE.

9 June 2005

A lawsuit was filed in the Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida, by Donal C. Tunnell on Monday, May 16, 2005 charging King’s Road Entertainment, Inc. (KREN.PK), with “breach of contract”, “unjust enrichment”, and “fraud” per an employment agreement Tunnell signed on April 24, 2001 with KREN and King’s Road To Fame, Inc., (KRTF) a KREN subsidiary. KREN is a Florida based public corporation that produces feature films and video.

The suit includes more than $200,000.00 in unpaid salary and signing bonus, 100,000 shares of KREN stock that have not been issued to Tunnell, and an unspecified amount in punitive damages.

Tunnell, an experienced musician, video and music producer/director and entertainment industry executive signed the agreement for the purposes of producing video anthologies/documentaries and other television programming. Tunnell was hired as Director and Vice-President of Operations for the project to be run by KREN/KRTF. Geraldine Blecker is the President/CEO of KREN.

The suit states that Tunnell actively worked at all times to promote the projects on behalf of KREN and KRTF. It also states that KREN and KRTF used Tunnell’s name in press releases and promotions of the project. The suit claims that KREN and KRTF have been unjustly enriched by utilizing Tunnell’s services, skills, and efforts for its own purposes with no compensation to Tunnell.

The suit also claims that KREN/KRTF induced Tunnell to enter into the agreement with the express purpose of using his name, expertise and skills in promoting the project and that KREN/KRTF had no intention of following through with any of the terms of the agreement. The suit claims those actions constitute fraud.
