Frank R. Liggett III Re-Elected To The Board of Directors Of The Federation Of Regulatory Counsel

Ragsdale Liggett PLLC announces Frank R. Liggett III, founding member and managing partner at Ragsdale Liggett, has been re-elected to the board of directors of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC), an exclusive nationwide association of insurance lawyers dedicated to excellence in the practice of insurance regulatory law.

FORC re-elected Liggett to its board of directors during a meeting held at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' quarterly convention held in Chicago in December. In this position, Liggett will assist his fellow directors with setting FORC policy, governing the organization and electing officers.

FORC is considered the authoritative source for regulatory insurance information. The organization publishes a quarterly journal that is widely read and respected.
