His current representations include the former Chairman of the Board and several other former directors of Cendant Corporation in a number of matters arising from the company's disclosure of alleged accounting irregularities that involves the payment by the corporation and its auditors of more than $3 billion in the largest securities class action settlement in history. Mr. Hoeffner also represented Sotheby's in connection with litigation arising from the alleged price-fixing arrangement with Christie's.
