Experienced Corporate and Securities Attorney Paul M. Gales Joins The Phoenix Law Group as Partner

Hall and Agena, PLC announced today the addition of Paul M. Gales as
partner. Formerly a partner at the 800-attorney international law firm
Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP, Mr. Gales will continue his outside general
counsel, corporate transactions and securities regulations practice.

With over two decades of experience in corporate law, Mr. Gales' background
includes business and corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions,
corporate governance, executive compensation, technology licensing and
related contractual matters. His securities practice involves private and
public offerings of common and preferred stock, warrants and debt,
including venture capital and other early-stage financing transactions. He
frequently works with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nasdaq on
behalf of his clients.

Mr. Gales previously was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at one
of the nation's largest professional employer organizations, where he
managed SEC reporting, PEO acquisitions, litigation, regulatory and
contractual matters. He was also a partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP.

Mr. Gales is a member of the Executive Committee of the Arizona Angel

He is a member of the Business Law, Securities Regulation and International
Sections of the State Bar of Arizona, previously serving on the Executive
Council of the Securities Regulation Section.

Mr. Gales received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame
in 1982 and is admitted to practice in Arizona and Illinois.
