Distinguished Lawyers at Leading Law Firms to Discuss Securities Litigation on November 29-December 1 at Affinia Manhattan in New York, NY

On November 29-December 1 at the Affinia Manhattan, prominent lawyers from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, LLP, Paul Weiss Rifkind, Wharton, & Garrison LLP, Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP, Greenberg Traurig LLP, Lowenstein Sandler PC and DLA Piper LLP will come together to discuss a variety of pressing legal issues in regards to securities litigation at the IQPC Securities Litigation conference at the Affinia Manhattan.


The in-depth sessions and interactive workshops will cover critical and timely topics such as Backdating Litigation and Investigations, NASD Enforcement and Investigations, Parallel Proceedings, Settlement Strategies and Mediation Techniques, and NYSE Regulation and Enforcement Updates.
