Dallas Criminal Lawyer Wins Embezzlement Case with No Prison Time

Michael Lowe, a Dallas criminal lawyer, recently succeeded in lowering his clients embezzlement charge of a first degree felony facing life in prison to probation with no prison time served (Cause # F03-01020, Dallas Criminal District Court #4).

The Dallas criminal attorney’s client embezzled $365,000 from a Dallas nursing home, where he was employed to supervise the patients’ trust account. Mr. Lowe’s client used his position to embezzle more than $365,000 from the patients’ account over the course of three years.
