Brower Piven Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Marvell Technology Group Ltd.
18 October 2006 The law firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, today announced that a securities class action was commenced on behalf of shareholders who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL) between February 24, 2005 and October 2, 2006, inclusive (the "Class Period").
The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against defendant Marvell Technology Group Ltd. and one or more of its officers and/or directors.
