Baron & Budd, P.C. Attorney Carla Burke Serves as Panelist at the 4th Annual Energy Litigation Conference

Carla Burke, an attorney with the law firm of Baron & Budd, P.C., served as a panelist yesterday at the 4th Annual Energy Litigation Conference held in Houston, Texas. Burke provided the plaintiffs’ perspective in a discussion and update on MTBE-related litigation.

The conference is co-sponsored by the Institute for Energy Law and the Institute for Litigation Studies of the Center of American and International Law and the Section of Environment, Energy and Resources of the American Bar Association.

Burke is an attorney with the water contamination litigation team at Baron & Budd, P.C., which represents over 140 municipalities, public water authorities, and school districts seeking clean-up costs for contaminated drinking water supplies.
