'Divorce Tactics with Attorney Lisa Beth Older,' a Video on Divorce will Make a Great Holiday Gift for Anyone Going Through a Divorce; Offer

5 December 2005

The DVD is divided into several distinct subsections so that the viewer can skip back and forth to each new topic of interest as they arise in their respective lives. What shines through this intriguing video is Ms. Older’s fresh approach to an age old problem and her sincerity in taking part in helping people nullify the “fear factor” inherent in the divorce process so that they might make better and more informed decisions about their divorce and ultimately, their family's future. She explores how to choose a lawyer, what avenues of relief are available, and what alternatives there are to a litigated contested divorce.

However, when that all fails she also attempts to explain in an entertaining Q and A format, what to expect in the Court room proceeding as well.
It is the opinion of the author only that the public needs to be informed about what they might or might not expect as they make their way into the uncharted territories of their divorce, and that the Court room should be the place of last resort to sort out their differences.
The DVD also comes in a VHS format.
While the DVD on New York divorce clearly advocates that the parties exhaust all avenues of compromise and settlement before embarking upon seeking legal redress in Court, with the exception of cases involving domestic violence, you are not kept in the dark as to what to expect when expecting to go through a divorce.
The DVD is not legal advise and anyone purchasing it shod rely upon the advise of their own independent New York State Divorce Attorney. The DVD has a five star rating and is being sold on Amazon.com, under “DVD” search term: divorce, page two, or at www.nyc.divorcelawyer.net. Discounted prices are available for charitable or educational institutions. Please call 212-786-0901 should you have any questions bout this piece.
